How did you first get involved in your sport?

Through a friend, I completed a beginners course and loved it I shot a couple of tournaments and caught the bug. I have never looked back What are your alms for the remainder of the year?

Now the outdoor target season has finished, I am going to shoot more field over the winter, and my aim is to get selected to shoot for GB in Field as well as target. Keep training hard to improve my technique Continue to work on my fitness particularly my strength and conditioning, and my core strength.

What are your long term targets?

To gain a place on the ArcheryGB Podium Programme.
To shoot for Great Britain at the Olympics and to medal  (gold)

What do you enjoy the most about being a sportsperson?

The challenge, the discipline and being outdoors. The dnve to improve myself constantly I also like the camaraderie, and everyone helps each other What do you do in your free time?

Volunteer at the Dogs Trust as a dog walker. Completing my gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at school, I have already completed silver and bronze. Outdoor activities for example skiing, sailing and mountain outdoor skills.

How has your SportsAid Award from Arup helped you this year?

The Award has been very helpful and crucial to my progress this year, I have used the Award to help pay for a second bow that was needed for when I shot internationally
