Aim4sport take pride in giving back to the archery world by supporting talented archers who are destined for success. We offer full or part funding of equipment along with a snazzy t-shirt and fleece jacket for those who qualify for Aim4sport sponsorship. Michael Karaphillides
Two-time Paralympian Michael Karaphillides earned a place in the British Archery Team and took part in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Paul Browne
Paul earned his place in the British Archery Team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics after having shot for just two years.

Ben Brown
Ben started shooting at the age of 8 when he used to sit around waiting for his sister to do her trampolining, but then decided to give archery a go. 10 years later Ben's still going strong, is now one of the top archers in his county and in 2009 finished 2nd in the junior nationals. Ben regularly competes at competitions around the country in the world record status shoots and the premier events.

Phil Gower
Phil has been shooting around 7 years now. He originally started with a recurve bow but soon changed to compound and slowly worked his way up the ranks from 3rd class to Senior Master Bowman. Phil eventually ended up shooting for England, where he received alot of help from the excellent Team Manager, Adam Guest, who Phil says gave him the confidence to take the next step in being picked for the the GB Team.

Jacqui Gould
Inspired by her interest in medieval history Jacqui started archery just before her 15th birthday after having a go at her local county fair. Before long she was up to Bowman level and to date has won over 60 trophies, 32 awards and 170 medals.

Lee Williams
Lee`s passion for archery started when he attended a 'pay and play' class at Swanshurst Bowmen. Later that same day he purchased a beginners bow complete with ill-matched Jazz arrows and those painful brass nocks! Joining Meriden Archery Club signalled a desire to enter competitions and at the time of writing Lee is currently ranked 8th in England and has recently returned from the Commonwealth Games Test Event with a team bronze medal.

Kayleigh Bunker
Kayleigh's first introduction to archery was when her uncle moved to Ireland and spotted a beautiful wooden takedown in a shop window - this sparked off the love of archery. At the time of writing Kayleigh is current under 18 junior girl recurve champion indoors and recently came 7th in the senior nationals. There's plenty more to come from this one!

Sophie Meering
Sophie started shooting in 2002 after attending a summer camp at her local sports centre. In 2006 she was the U13 outdoor and indoor national champion and shot for England. She has since been on the England team 4 times and at the World Indoor Selection shoot in January 2007.

Shaun Rhodes
Shaun was introduced to the world of Archery when he enrolled onto a beginner’s course in 2006. Ten months after I started shooting I was chosen to be sponsored by Aim4Sport. Shaun has had a prolific competitive few years as a junior at both county and national level and at the time of writing was 8th in the Junior Rankings 2009.
